**Wholesale Terms and Conditions**

- **Purchases**: Wholesale terms are available for outright purchases only; consignment options are not permitted.

- **Minimum Orders**: The minimum order for new accounts is $400, while the minimum for reorders is $250.

- **Payment**: New accounts must pay via credit card in advance of shipping. Established accounts may pay on Net 30 terms.

- **Shipping Costs**: Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the receiver.

- **Production Time**: Our production time can take up to six weeks from the start date. We make each item one piece at a time and prioritize quality.

- **Returns**: Please note that we do not accept returns.

- **Custom Requests**: Custom requests are treated as retail orders and are not eligible for wholesale rates.

- **Fabric Variations**: Fabric may vary, and Worker Bee tags must not be removed.

- **Online Sales**: Selling products online through platforms such as Etsy or Amazon is not allowed.

- **Pricing**: Prices are subject to change.
